Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026. This page explains how ClearStack handles information during private beta testing.

ClearStack is an educational product. Information you provide may include health-adjacent details, but ClearStack is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information we collect

ClearStack may collect information you choose to provide, such as email address, supplement or medication names, symptom context, timing notes, survey responses, feedback, and beta testing information. We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, approximate location, device/browser data, cookies, and logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate ClearStack, send requested emails, support private beta testing, improve educational content, troubleshoot bugs, protect the service, and develop future app features such as stack organization, source-backed explanations, educational summaries, and AI-assisted language.

Educational and AI-assisted features

ClearStack may use software, rules, algorithms, or large language models to organize or draft educational explanations. When we use AI-assisted systems, we aim to minimize unnecessary personal information, maintain source tracking, and use review workflows for content that may be shown as reviewed or published. Do not enter emergency information or information you do not want processed by the service.

No medical record or provider relationship

ClearStack is not intended to create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, clinician-patient, or other healthcare provider relationship. Information submitted to ClearStack should not be treated as a medical record maintained by a healthcare provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors that help operate the service, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, database, and AI tooling providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and improve ClearStack.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit optional information. You may contact us to request deletion or correction of information associated with your email address, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

Children

ClearStack is not intended for children. Do not use ClearStack if you are under 13.
